A Case Of Clothing

After three months of sitting on British ground, the unclaimed luggage from Airports is handed over for auction. The suitcases are resold, still containing the clothing of their previous owner.

A Case Of Clothing highlights how one may perceive the clothed body, through the already seen, and through codified roles, which often result in placing individuals within a stereotypical group. These possessions have been left behind. The history of the cases is unclear, however one can form certain narratives and identities through their contents.
